Відповідно до ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України Сторони дійшли згоди, що умови даної додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між ними, які виникли на підставі Договору № ТН 61-21 від 09.09.2021 року. 3. Додаток № 3 «Календарний план робіт» викласти в новій редакції, що додається.
