Note:
1. Дію Договору № K.U.-3653/24-39 від 18 травня 2016 р. продовжити до 31 березня 2017 р. включно. У зв’язку з цим внести зміни у пункти 5.2 і 10.2, виклавши їх у новій редакції:
«5.2. Строк надання Послуг: з 01.04.2016 р. (відповідно до частини третьої статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України) до 31.03.2017 р.»;
«10.2. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання і діє до 31.03.2017 р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором.

Загальна вартість послуг, зазначених у пункті 1 цього Додаткового договору, становить 131 120,00 грн. (сто тридцять одна тисяча сто двадцять гривень 00 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ – 21 853,33 грн. (двадцять одна тисяча вісімсот п’ятдесят три гривні 33 коп.), що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі № K.U.-3653/24-39 від 18 травня 2016 р., з урахуванням ПДВ.
