1.Сума додаткової угоди становить 149 800,00(сто сорок дев"ять тисяч вісімсот грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
2.Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з дня її підписання і діє до здійснення процедури закупівлі на початку року відповідно до затвердженого річного плану закупівлі на поточний рік.
