1. Зменшити Ціну договору на 4821,65 грн. в т.ч. ПДВ-803,61 грн., та викласти п.3.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
"3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 45177,35 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ- 7529,56 грн." Внести щміни до додатку до договору та викласти його в новій редакції.
