у зв’язку з подорожанням енергоносіїв, підвищенням ціни на паливно-мастильні матеріали та зростанням середньої ринкової ціни на Товар в порівнянні з ціною, встановленою в тендерній пропозиції, що підтверджено довідкою Головного управління статистики у Чернігівській області від 10.07.2017 вих.№05-13/310-17, відповідно до п.2 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли згоди про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару на 10 % за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми

(надалі по тексту - Договір), у наступній редакції: « 11.8 Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до строку, достатнього для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у п. 3.2. цього Договору, але не пізніше 31 березня 2018 року».

Замовник і Учасник відповідно до ч.5 ст 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.11.8 Договору № 5 про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) за державні кошти від "20" лютого 2017 р домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору, на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року (до 31 березня 2018 року), в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі № 5 про закупівлю товарів (робіт або послуг) за державні кошти від "20" лютого 2017 р., так як видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
