Продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передання товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.
У зв’язку з відсутністю повної суми фінансування та відповідно до кошторисних призначень Замовника на 2019 рік Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до обсягу робіт, передбачених до виконання за Договором у 2019 році:Відповідно до затверджених кошторисних призначень Замовника на 2019 рік обсяг робіт, що підлягає виконанню в 2019 році у вартісному виразі складає 3 844 208,00 грн. (Три мільйона вісімсот сорок чотири тисячі двісті вісім гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ.
