У звязку з припиненням 30.04.2018 р. дії Угоди щодо реалізації проекту управління та реформування енергетичного комплексу м. Києва від 27.09.2001 р. укладеною між Києвською міською державною адміністрацією та ПАТ "КИЇВЕНЕРГО" відповідно до рішення Київської міської ради від 24.04.2018 р. № 517/4581, керуючись ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України дійшли згоди розірвати з 30.04.2018 р. договір № 320404-01 від 25.12.2015 р., у звязку з чим з вказаної дати припиняється дія забовязання "Енергопостачальної організації" перед "Абрнентом" щодо здійснення постачання теплової енергії.
