відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 09.12.2020 № 2377(зі змінами від 06.08.2021 р. № 1251) змінюється тариф на розподіл електричної енергії АТ "Сумиобленерго", а саме: 1,53846 грн./кВт*год. з ПДВ. пункт 2.3. розділу 2 та пункт 5.1. розділу 5 викласти в наступній редакції: "3.2. Кількість електричної енергії - 23541 кВт*год"; "5.1. Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії становить 4,008029 грн., крім того ПДВ - 0,801606 грн., всього з ПДВ - 4,809635 грн. Сторони домовилися виклати Додаток № 1 до Договору в новій редакції, що додається."

3.2,13.5 Договору Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору та викласти п.2.3. Розділу 2.3. Розділу 2 та п. 5.2. Розділу 5 в наступній редакції: "2.3. Кількість електричної енергії - 21 000 кВт*год." "5.2. Загальна вартість Договору становить 74 671,12 грн., крім того ПДВ 14 934,23 грн. , всього з ПДВ 89 605, 35 грн. (вісімдесят дев'ять тисяч шістсот п'ять грн. 35 коп."). Сторони домовилися викласти Додаток № 1 в редакції, що додається.
