Строк дІїдоговору: - договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31 березня 2019 року , а в частині фінансових зобов’язань - до повного їх виконання Сторонами; у - дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку».

1. Відповідно до пункту 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» із змінами і доповненнями від 25 грудня 2015р. № 922-УШ. сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та викласти пункт 2.1 Договору у наступній редакції: «2.1. За цим Договором Постачальник зобов'язується постачати природний газ (ДК 021:2015 - 09120000-6. Газове паливо) Споживачу в необхідних для Споживача об'ємах (обсягах) - 170,454 тис.куб.м., а Споживач зобов'язується своєчасно сплачувати Постачальнику вартість природного газу у розмірі, строки та порядку, що визначені цим Договором.» 2. У зв'язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі сторони домовилися зменшити загальну вартість Договору та викласти пункт 4.4 Договору у наступній редакції: .- ; «4.4. Загальна вартість Договору складається з місячних сум вартості фактично1 поставлених обсягів газу Споживачеві в обсязі 170,454 тис.куб.м., зазначеному у п 2.1, та становить - 2 121 956,82 гри, (два мільйони сто двадцять одна тисяча дев’ятсот п’ятдесят шість гривень 82 коп.) у т.ч. ЦДВ 20 % згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами протягом строку дії Договору.»
