Відповідно до документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин (листа Департаменту фінансів, економіки та інвестицій СМР "Про фінансування видатків спеціального та загального фонду бюджету Сумської міської ОТГ"), виникла необхідність внесення змін до договору №40-к, укладеного 24.02.2020 року з ТОВ «Оптіматрейд» в частині продовження строку дії договору до 31.12.2021 р., у зв’язку із затримкою фінансування витрат замовника за умови, що таке продовження не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі №40-к.
