Договору № 2021/Б-СЕБ/58 від 18.01.2021 р. на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити плановий річний обсяг постачання газу на 2 097,92 куб. м. та суму Договору на 31 468,80 грн. (Тридцять одну тисячу чотириста шістдесят вісім грн. 80 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 20 % - 5 244,80 грн. (П’ять тисяч двісті сорок чотири грн. 80 коп.), внести зміни в п. 1.2., п. 1.3., п. 3.6. Договору № 2021/Б-СЕБ/58 від 18.01.2021 р. та викласти їх в наступній редакції.

На підставі наказу по підприємству № 29 від 01 жовтня 2021 року, на виконання вимог абз. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та керуючись п. 3.3. та п. 11.5. Договору, Сторони досягли згоди про відповідне збільшення ціни на природний газ (код за ДК 021:2015 09120000-6 - Газове паливо) у зв'язку з чим п. 1.2., п.1.3., п. 3.6. Договору викласти в наступній редакції.

У зв’язку зі збільшенням ціни на ринку постачання природного газу, відповідно до Меморандуму про взаєморозуміння щодо врегулювання проблемних питань у сфері постачання теплової енергії та постачання гарячої води в опалювальному періоді 2021/2022 рр. від 30 вересня 2021 року розірвати Договор № 2021/Б-СЕВ/58 від 18.01.2021 року на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів (для забезпечення потреб установ та організацій, що фінансуються з державного та місцевих бюджетів) з 01.11.2021 року, (останнім днем дії Договору є 31.10.2021 року).2. У зв’язку з розірванням Договору № 2021/Б-СЕВ/58 від 18.01.2021 року на постачання природного газу для потреб непобутових споживачів (для забезпечення потреб установ та організацій, що фінансуються з державного та місцевих бюджетів), в частині зменшення обсягів закупівлі товару - природний газ, (далі – Газ), (код ДК 021:2015 09120000-6 – Газове паливо) на 2 392,945 куб. м. та зменшенням суми договору на 35 894,17 грн. (Тридцять п’ять тисяч вісімсот дев’яносто чотири грн. 17 коп.), керуючись п. 11.4 розділу ХІ «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» Сторони домовились п. 1.2, п. 1.3, п. 3.6 Договору викласти у наступній редакції.
