У зв’язку з необхідністю виправлення технічної помилки, керуючись ч. 1 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (відповідно до частини 6 Розділу X «Прикінцеві та перехідні положення» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» в редакції від 19.04.2020), п. 12.2. Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди і вирішили в Додатковій угоді № 1 від 22.06.2020 до Договору в частині найменування товару замість «хліб житній» вірним вважати «хліб житньо-пшеничний».
2. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
3. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання.
4. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках (по одному для кожної зі Сторін), що мають однакову юридичну силу та є невід’ємною частиною Договору.

У зв’язку зі збільшенням цін на хліб пшеничний, хліб-житньо-пшеничний, що підтверджується інформаціями про споживчі ціни по Харківському регіону та, ураховуючи лист постачальника даного товару з проханням про збільшення ціни від 25.08.2020 №б/н, а також, керуючись п. 3.4 договору про закупівлю товару № 24 від 21.02.2019, далі - Договір, Сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення відпускних цін в межах 10%, а саме: Хліб пшеничний з борошна вищого ґатунку 17,18 за кг; Хліб житньо-пшеничний 15,73 за кг.
Суму Договору залишити без змін.
