Note:
1. Внести зміни до пункту 13.1. Розділу 13. «ПОРЯДОК ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ВИКОНАННЯ ЗОБОВ’ЯЗАНЬ ЗА ДОГОВОРОМ» цього Договору та викласти його в новій редакції: «13.1. Підрядник забезпечує виконання своїх зобов’язань за Договором (гарантія у вигляді забезпечувального (гарантійного) платежу) в розмірі 2,5 відсотків від суми Договору (гарантія виконання договору від 15.07.2020 № G0643/8634 у сумі 193,96851 тис. грн. (сто дев’яносто три тисячі дев’ятсот шістдесят вісім гривень 51 коп.) завірене підписом уповноваженої особи та скріплене печаткою банку)». 2. Внести зміни до додатку 5 - Календарний графік виконання робіт до цього Договору та викласти його в новій редакції.
