Note:
1.Пункт 2,5 розділу 2 «Предмет Договору» Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «2.5. Період постачання електричної енергії за цим Договором з 01 січня 2022 р. по 30 червня 2,22р.»
2.Пункт 13.1. розділу 13 «строк дії Договору та інші умови» Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «13.1. Строк дії Договору з 01 січня 2022 р. і діє по 30 червнґ 2022р. включно (якщо інше не встановлено комерц2ійною пропозицією), але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань в частині розрахунків.».
3.Пункт 9.1. розділу 9 «Строк дії Договору та умови пролонгації» Додатку 1 до Договору викласти у новій редакції наступного змісту: «9.1. Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання та укладається на строк по 30 червня 2022 року, якщо інший термін не визначений умовами закупівлі. Договір в частині виконання зобов’язань Споживача щодо оплати діє до повного виконання Споживачем таких зобов’язань.
