Пункт 7.3. розділу 7 «Облік електричної енергії та порядок розрахунків» Договору № 46 від 22.04.2008 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«7.3. Загальна сума Договору складає 43 700 грн. 00 коп. (сорок три тисячі сімсот грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ 7 283 грн. 33 коп. (сім тисяч двісті вісімдесят три грн. 33 коп.)».
Пункт 10.4. розділу 10 «Інші умови» Договору № 46 від 22.04.2008 р. викласти в наступній редакції:
«10.4. Згідно ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України сторони взаємодіють з 01.01.2019 р. по 31.12.2019 р.»
