Помилково оприлюднено не той файл, у зв’язку з чим договір про закупівлю не було оприлюднено. Процедура зараз знаходиться на стадії «Завершена» і в замовника на даному етапі відсутня технічна можливість видалити помилково завантажений файл та замінити його правильним договором про закупівлю. Дана помилка носить виключно технічний характер, оскільки помилково завантажено той же договір, але без підписів.
У зв’язку з цим замовником прийнято рішення оприлюднити договір про закупівлю через функціонал для оприлюднення додаткових угод шляхом обрання підстави для внесення змін до договору про закупівлю «покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю». Повідомлення про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю, яке сформується в електронній системі закупівель, вирішено вважати недійсним.
