У зв’язку з виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що підтверджуються листом Підрядника від 05.06.2019 № 05/06-19, відповідно до вимог п.4 ч.4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі»,Пункт 4.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Строк виконання робіт за цим Договором до 31.08.2019 року. Підрядник має право на дострокове виконання зобов’язань за згодою Замовника», Пункт 6.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання його Сторонами та скріплення печатками (у разі їх наявності) і діє до 31.08.2019р.»
