Викласти п.4 угоди №4 від 13 січня 2022року до договору №6 від 23 лютого 2021 року про надання послуг їдалень в наступній редакції: "дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках українською мовою, обидва примірники мають однакову юридичну силу та набирають чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами, а в частині виконання зобов'зань відповідно до ст.631 ЦКУ з 01.01.2022р. і діють до повного виконання зобов'зань по Договору".

1. Викласти п.1 додаткової угоди №5 від 20 січня 2022 року до договору №6 від 23 лютого 2021року про надання ПОСЛУГ ЇДАЛЕНЬ в наступній редакції: «дана додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках українською мовою, обидва примірники мають одинакову юридичну силу та набирають чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами, а в частині виконання зобов’язань з 01 січня 2022 року і діють до повного виконання забо’вязань по Договору».
2. Ця додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
3. Інші пункти Договору залишаються незмінними.
