1. Пункт 3.1 розділу 3 «Ціна Договору» викласти в наступній редакції:
Договірна ціна робіт визначається на основі кошторису, що є невід’ємною частиною Договору, є твердою, визначеною на підставі пропозиції і складає 236 904,84 грн., (Двісті тридцять шість тисяч дев’ятсот чотири грн., 84 коп.) без ПДВ.
Вартість робіт в межах кошторисних призначень на 2019 рік складає: 142 720,00 грн., (Сто сорок дві тисячі сімсот двадцять гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ., згідно календарного плану.
Залишкова вартість робіт на 2020 рік, при наявності кошторисних призначень, складає: 94 184,84 грн., (Дев’яносто чотири тисячі сто вісімдесят чотири грн., 84 коп.) без ПДВ. згідно календарного плану.
2. Календарний план у новій редакції додається.
