1. У пункт 8.1 Договору № 235 выд 01.02.2019р. внести зміни, виклавши його у наступній редакції:
З 01.11.2019р. встановлені наступні тарифи:
- на централізоване водопостачання: - 9,20 грн. за 1 куб. м (без ПДВ); 11,04 грн. за 1 куб. м (з ПДВ);
- на централізоване водовідведення: - 18,50 грн. за 1 куб. м (без ПДВ); 22,20 грн. за 1 куб. 1 (з ПДВ).
2. У зв'язку з Постановою Правління Національного банку України від 28.12.2018р. № 162 "Про запровадження міжнародного номера банківського рахунку (IBAN) в Україні (зі змінами, внесеними згідно з Постановою Національного банку від 22.02.2019р. № 41), Сторони домовились внести зміни у п. 13 "ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ, БАНКІВСЬКІ РЕКВІЗИТИ І ПІДПИСИ СТОРІН".
