Note:
1. У зв’язку зі складним технологічним виробництвом імпортного товару (світильник стельовий Luxel 18Вт вбудований та лампа світлодіодна Osram LED PAR30D7536 10,5Вт E27) Постачальник попередив про затримку поставки Товару по даним позиціям та зобов’язався поставити Товар по 27.08.2019р. Враховуючи вищезазначене Сторони домовились п. 3.1 розділу 3 «ТЕРМIH І ПОРЯДОК ПОСТАЧАHHЯ ТОВАРУ» читати в наступній редакції: «Товар буде поставлений за умовами Договору за адресою в термін по 27.08.2019р. Роботи з інсталяції Товару та навчанню роботи з ним не входять до поняття поставки.»
2. Інші умови вище вказаного договору, не порушені даною Угодою, залишаються без змін.
3. Дана Угода є невід’ємною частиною договору № 11 від 08.07.2019р., оформлена в двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу.
4. Дана додаткова угода діє з моменту підписання по 31.12.2019 року, згідно з ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України п.3., а в частині розрахунків - до повного виконання сторонами своїх обов’язків.
