Згідно ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII збільшити суму договору що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, на 28082,66 грн. (двадцять вісім тисяч вісімдесят дві гривні 66 коп.) без ПДВ, та викласти п. п. 2.2 п.2 договору в наступній редакції «Сума договору після збільшення становить 168495,96 грн. (сто шістдесят вісім тисяч чотириста дев’яносто п’ять грн. 96 коп.) без ПДВ.
