Керуючись ч. 5 статті 36 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” №922-VIII від 25.12.2015, для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму Договору №851/11 “С” про закупівлю теплової енергії у вигляді гарячої води за державні кошти від 04.02.2019р. (далі - Договір) на 318382,29 грн. (триста вісімнадцять тисяч триста вісімдесят дві грн. 29 коп.) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми Договору, виклавши абзац 3 пункту 42 розділу “Розрахунки за користування Т/Е” в наступній редакції:
Пункт 42 абзац 3:
Загальна сума Договору згідно діючих тарифів складає 1910293,73 грн. (один мільйон дев’ятсот десять тисяч двісті дев’яносто три грн. 73 коп.) з ПДВ.

Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору № 851/11 «С» від 04.02.2019р. на 112760,93 грн. (сто дванадцять тисяч сімсот шістдесят грн. 93 коп.) з ПДВ. Третій абзац п.42 Розділу «Розрахунки за користування Т/Е » викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна сума Договору згідно діючих тарифів складає 1797532,80 грн. з ПДВ (один мільйон сімсот дев’яносто сім тисяч п’ятсот тридцять дві грн. 80 коп.).
