Враховуючи лист Постачальника №233 від 22.11.2019 та лист виробника (ТОВ «Переяслав-Молпродукт») №7343 від 21.11.2019, керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п.11.1. договору поставки товару №20 від 15.04.2019 (далі – Договір), дійшли згоди про наступне:
1. Пункт 1 Специфікації Товару, наведеної в додатку до Договору, викласти у новій редакції (з 25.11.2019 ціна за одиницю - 58,33 грн).
2. пункт 3.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
«Ціна Договору становить: 2 999 872,74 грн. з ПДВ. При цьому:
• фінансування 2019 року – 1 394 196,46 грн. ;
• фінансування 2020 року – 1 605 676,28 грн.».
Загальна кількість товарів після внесення змін - 152034,69 кг.

• фінансування 2019 року – 730 653,18 грн.;
• фінансування 2020 року – 2 269 215,20 грн.».
2. Специфікацію Товару, наведену в додатку до Договору, викласти новій редакції (додається). Загальна кількість товарів після внесення змін - 99846.3941 кг.
