Враховуючи частину 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25 грудня 2015 року №922-VІІІ (зі змінами) згідно п.11.1.2 Договору, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю Додаткову угоду про продовження строку дії Договору на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівля на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі.
