Керуючись пунктом 2 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та умовами Договору, Сторони домовились про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару (один літр бензину А-92 та один літр нафтового газу скрапленого) до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю та внести наступні зміни до Договору.
