Відповідно до п. 2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку з коливанням ціни товару на паливному ринку, що відповідно до п. 12.2. Договору підтверджується листом ДП «Держзовнішінформ» від 09.10.2017 року №116/1134 досягнуто згоду провести зміну ціни за одиницю товару, визначеної в Додатку №1 до Договору №ТДСКФ/СК/ПО/001-15398 від «20» лютого 2017р. не більш ніж на 10 відсотків за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми визначеної в Договорі №ТДСКФ/СК/ПО/001-15398 від «20» лютого 2017р.
