п.18.1. розділу 18 "СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ" викласти в новій редакції :18.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним з моменту укладання схвалення Європейським інвестиційним банком (далі –ЄІБ) запиту на виділення коштів для реалізації відповідного проекту. У разі ненадання ЄІБ схвалення запиту на виділення коштів для реалізації відповідного проекту договірні відносини вважаються такими, що не розпочинались. Жодна зі Сторін не несе відповідальності за схвалення ЄІБ. Договір діє до 01.09.2022 року, а у частині виконання зобов’язань Сторін – до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором
