– згідно п. 1 ч. 4 зменшення обсягів закупівлі
- згідно п. 7 ч.4 ціна договору про закупівлю може змінюватися як в бік збільшення, так і в бік зменшення в залежності від таких змін без зміни обсягу закупівлі.
