1. Керуючись пунктом 8.1. Договору, враховуючи фактичне фінансування у 2021 році на виконання будівельних робіт по об’єкту: Капітальний ремонт частини будівлі та благоустрій прилеглої території Харківської загальноосвітньої школи I-III ступенів № 31 Харківської міської ради Харківської області, за адресою: вул. Владислава Зубенка, 32 (ДК 021:2015: 45450000-6 — Інші завершальні будівельні роботи), за взаємною згодою сторін внести зміни до Договірної ціни та кошторисної документації (додається), пункт 2.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «2.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 978 912,00 грн. (Дев`ятсот сімдесят вісім тисяч дев’ятсот дванадцять грн..00коп.), ПДВ не передбачено. У тому числі у 2021 році: 685 719,22 грн. (Шістсот вісімдесят п’ять тисяч сімсот дев’ятнадцять грн.. 22 коп.), ПДВ не передбачено, у 2022 році 293 192,78 грн. (двісті дев’яносто три тисячі сто дев’яносто дві грн. 78 коп.), ПДВ не передбачено».
