Сторони домовилися викласти Додаток № 3 до Договору «Обсяги електричної енергії на 2023 р.» у новій редакції. Така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі
Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
Ця Додаткова угода набуває чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами та діє до 31.12.2023 р., а в частині розрахунків – до їх повного виконання.
Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін, та є невід’ємною частиною Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 26 від 26.12.2022 р.
