Відповідно до ч.5 сг. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-УІІІ від 25.12.2015
р., а саме: дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення
процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми,
визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в
установленому порядку. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін дії Договору до «31» березня
2020 р.
Пункт 9.2 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
"9.2. Строк цього Договору починає свій перебіг у момент, визначений у п. 9.1. цього
Договору та закінчується 31 березня 2020 року."

Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 992-VIII від 25.12.2015 р., Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 56 645,80 грн. (П’ятдесят шість тисяч шістсот сорок п’ять грн. 80 коп.), що не перевищує 20 % суми визначеної в договорі укладеного в попередньому році та внести зміни до п. 4.1. договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«4.1. Договірна ціна даного Договору становить 341 126,70 грн. (Триста сорок одна тисяча сто двадцять шість грн. 70 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 22 316,70 грн.»
