Відповідно до фактичного надання послуг з обробляння та розподіляння води трубопроводами за регульованим тарифом протягом лютого-листопада 2018 року згідно п. 3.2. Договору сторони домовились про зменшення ціни Договору та уклали дану Додаткову угоду до Договору № 66 від 26.02.2018 р. (далі – Додаткова угода) про нижче наведене:
1. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в такій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна Цього договору становить 398 320,28 (триста дев’яносто вісім тисяч триста двадцять ) грн. 28 коп. з ПДВ.
2. Зменшити суму Договору на 0,16 грн.

Договору № 66 від 26.02..2018 р Сторони домовились: Про продовження строку дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
