1. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.1 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю електричної енергії викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна договору на період з «01» січня 2019 р. по «31» грудня 2019р., згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 96834,71 (дев'яносто шість тисяч вісімсот тридцять чотири грн. 71 коп.) гривень.»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.3 розділу ІІІ договору про закупівлю електричної енергії (вартістю до 200 000 грн.) доповнити словами: “На 01 липня 2019 р. вартість 1 кВт*год становить 2,97792 грн. (з урахуванням ПДВ).” (Далі – за текстом)
