Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», згідно п.11.1 договору, дійшли згоди про наступне:
1. пункт 3.2. Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
«Ціна Договору становить: 3 280 296,12 грн. (три мільйона двісті вісімдесят тисяч двісті дев’яносто шість гривень 12 коп.) з ПДВ. При цьому:
• фінансування 2019 року – 2 575 078,63 грн.;
• фінансування 2020 року – 705 217,49 грн.».
2. Специфікацію Товару, наведену в додатку до Договору, викласти у новій редакції (додається).
