Сторони, керуючись нормами Бюджетного кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 3.3 Договору № 1 від 15.01.2020 року (далі - Договір), а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду До Додаткової угоди (20% на 2021 р) про наступне:
