Згідно з п.4 ч.5, ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"- продовження строку дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі товару, виконання робіт, надання послуг у разі виникнення документально підтверджених об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, у тому числі обставин непереборної сили, затримки фінансування витрат замовника, за умови, що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю. Сторони узгодили внести зміни в п. 2.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції: «Строки виконання робіт: початок – з дати укладання договору, закінчення – 30.06.2021 року»
