Сторони, у зв'язку із допущенням в договорі технічної помилки при його складанні, вирішили за взаємною згодою сторін внести зміни до Договору про надання послуг централізованого водопостачання, а саме внести зміни в п.3.1 цього Договору, зменшивши суму цього Договору на 3,00 грн. Таким чином, сума договору з становить 203856,00 грн.

Сторони керуючись Рішенням сесії Надвірнянської міської ради від 25.04.2019 року № 1366-32/2019 «Про затвердження скоригованих тарифів на послуги водопостачання та водовідведення для КП «Надвірнаводоканал»», погодилися внести зміни до Договору, а саме: встановити тариф на послуги водопостачання – 35,71 грн. (в т.ч. ПДВ) за 1 (один) м.куб.
