Через технічну помилку, допущену при заповненні Повідомлення про внесення змін до договору, а саме: Тип причин додання змін до договору обрано помилково"Продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік" натомість необхідно було обрати "Покращення якості предмета закупівлі".В системі електронних закупівель відсутня можливість внести правки, тому повторно з правильними даними вносяться зміни до договору:
Продовжити строк виконання робіт до 31.03.2022 року за взаємною згодою сторін.
Зміни №4 вважати помилковими і недійсними.
