1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору наступного змісту:
« 11.2. Даний Договір вважається продовженим на строк, достатній для проведення Споживачем процедури закупівлі на 2017 рік.
« 1.1. Постачальник зобов'язується передати у власність Cпоживачу природний газ в обсязі 9,815 тис. куб. м ( дев’ять тисяч вісімсот п’ятнадцять куб.м), а Споживач зобов'язаний своєчасно оплачувати Постачальнику вартість газу у розмірі, строки та порядку, що визначені цим Договором.».
