ПОВІДОМЛЕННЯ про розірвання Договору про закупівлю №9БРТ-2760.Договір заключений між КП БМР "Богуславтепловодопостачання" та ТОВ "МАНГО-ГРУП" про закупівлю товару(бензин;дизельне пальне;газ нафтовий скраплений).Відповідно до п.п 6.4.1. Договору покупець має право розірвати цей Договір у разі невиконання зобовязань Постачальником,повідомивши про це його не пізніше 10-ти денного терміну до розірвання.

Виправляємо помилку.Було помилково внесено невірну причину змін договору і його розірвання.КП БМР"Богуславське житлово-комунальне підприємство"у результаті реорганізації стало правонаступником усіх прав та обов'язків КП БМР "Богуславтепловодопостачання".Сторони домовились ,що договір буде достроково припинений ,за взаємною згодою сторін.
