У зв'язку з пiдвищенням ринкових цiн на нафтогазопродукти, що пiдтвердтверджується довiдкою Державного пiдприсмства "Державний інформаційно - аналітичний центр моніторингу зовнішніх товарних ринків" №122/506-3 від 22.09.2021 р. та №122/621-1 від 02.11.2021 р., Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору (про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків) та зафіксувати такі зміни та у зв'язку з зазначеним специфікацію до Договору викласти в новій редакції, що додається: - Бензин А-95 - 29,52 грн./л з ПДВ (24,60 грн./л без ПДВ) - Дизельне пальне - 27,66 грн./л з ПДВ (23,05 грн./л без ПДВ)
