оплати товарів, робiт i послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетнi кошти, в iншому
випадку до дати закiнчення карантину, встановленого Кабiнетом Міністрів
України 3 метою запобiгання поширенню на територiТ України гострої
респiраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої KopoHaBipycoм SARS_CoV-2,
сторони керуються дiючими положеннями зазначеного нормативно
правового акту).
ПРИ цьому сторони погодили, що з дати закiнчення карантину, встановленого
КабiНеТОм MiHicTpiB України з метою запобiгання поширенню на територiї
краiни гострої респiраторної хвороби COVID_19, спричиненої KopoHaBipycoM
SARS-CoV-2, дана Додаткова угода втрачае свою силу i Сторони будуть
керуватися редакцiею п. 4.4. Договору до її укладення, якщо iнше не буде
встановлено 3а погодженням сторін шляхом укладання окремої Додаткової угоди
