Сторони домовилися викласти п. 8.1 Договору № АПС-0229-М від 18.01.2018р. в наступній редакції: Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання та діє до 31.12.2018р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання договірних зобов'язань.Керуючись ст.631 ЦКУ Сторони прийшли згоди, що умови даного договору поширюють дію на відносини, що фактично склалися між Сторонами з 01.01.2018р. до його підписіння.
