1. Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно ціну договору на 29903,10 грн. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна договору становить 29903,10 грн.( двадцять дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот три гривні 10 копійок, в тому числі ПДВ 4983,85 грн. чотири тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят три гривні 85 копійок. 3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 4. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін. 5. Ця Додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання Сторонами та вважається невід’ємною частиною Договору.
