На підставі пункту 10.4 Договору Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до пунктів 1.2., 3.1 та 3.12. Договору, виклавши їх у наступній редакції: " 1.2. Загальний замовлений обсяг постачання газу за цим Договором у 2021 році становить 5,267 тис.куб.м, у тому числі по розрахункових періодах 2021 року, тис.куб.м: січень - 1,048, лютий - 1,130, березень - 0,700. Ікв. - 2,878. Квітень - 0,300, ІІкв. - 0,300. Жовтень - 0,350, листопад - 0,800, грудень - 0,939, ІVкв. - 2,089. 3.1. Ціна за 1000куб.м газу за цим Договором становить 7300,00грн., крім того ПДВ (20%) - 1460,00 грн., всього разом з ПДВ 8760,00 грн. 3.12. Загальна сума цього Договору на 2021 рік становить 45996,06 грн. (Сорок п'ять тисяч дев'ятсот дев'яносто шість гривень 06 копійок) у т.ч. ПДВ 7666,01 грн. (Сім тисяч шістсот шістдесят шість гривень 01 копійка).
