У зв’язку зі зміною фактичних показників споживання електричної енергії, що виникла після укладення договору та не могла бути передбачена замовником, сторони вносять зміни до договору відповідно до пункту 19 підпункту 7 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України №1178. Змінами передбачено коригування фактичних обсягів споживання та актуалізацію ціни за одиницю електричної енергії, що в сукупності призвело до уточнення загальної суми договору в межах 10 відсотків від початкової вартості.
