Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами та доповненнями) від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VІІІ п.12.2. розділу XII «Строк дії Договору та інші умови», Сторони домовились: 1. Внести зміни та викласти в наступній редакції п.12.1. розділу XII «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» Договору в наступній редакції: «12.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання та укладається у частині постачання природного газу на термін до 31 жовтня 2020 року та до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.» 2. Збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі, а саме на 242 752,00 гривень (двісті сороки дві тисячі сімсот п’ятдесят дві гривні 00 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 40 458, 67 гривень (сорок тисяч чотириста п’ятдесят вісім гривень 67 копійок), в зв’язку з цим викласти п.5.4. розділу V «Тариф та порядок розрахунків» Договору у новій редакції: «5.4. Загальна вартість даного Договору 1 456 512, 44 гривень (один мільйон чотириста п’ятдесят шість тисяч п’ятсот дванадцять гривень 44 копійки) в тому числі ПДВ (20%)». 3.
