року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про
закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі
затверджено в установленому порядку.»,
2. Сума Додаткової угоди становить: 87780,00 грн. (вісімдесят сім тисяч сімсот
вісімдесят гривень 00 коп.)
3. Сторони узгодили наступний обсяг послуг: 13,3 т. вугілля марки АМ (13-25).
