1. Згідно з пунктом 1.2 Договору №ЧГ-18/0016 постачання природного газу від 06. 2.2018 вартість договору зменшуєть ся на 35642,75грн.(тридцять п’ять тисяч шістсот сорок дві гривні 75 коп).
2. Викласти п.2.1.1.Договору №ЧГ-18/0016 постачання природного газу від 06. 2.2018 в наступній редакції : Загальна вартість природного газу складається із сум вартості об’ємів місячних поставок природного газу, без врахування вартості транспортування природного газу по території України та без ПДВ становить 416607,71 грн.(Чотириста шістнадцять тисяч шістсот сім гривень,71 коп.), крім того ПДВ 83321,54 грн.( Вісімдесят три тисячі триста двадцять одна гривня, 54 коп.) Разом 499929,25 гривень (Чотириста дев’яносто дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять дев’ять гривень, 25 коп.)
